What is EPT ?
It's Time for Emotional Polarity Technique. EPT Therapy is emotional healthcare that sources the creativity of the mind and the power of the emotions to generate self-healing, momentum and connection to love.
In every session of EPT, you will be guided through a 4-Step process: Focus, Find It, Fix It, Forgive It.
Your therapist will collaborate with you about your 'Focus' for that session.
Once your 'Focus' is determined, then your therapist moves to the next step: 'Find It'. During the quick phase of 'Find It', your therapist uses your muscle response to identify where in your life you have had a similar emotional pattern that gave you stress. You continue to collaborate with your therapist about your memories and how you felt about them. These are emotionally charged memories. Your muscle response will guide your therapist to quickly and accurately pinpoint your original body memory that relates to your current stress. It is understandable to you during your session.
The next step in your EPT session is 'Fix It'. This is also a quick phase of EPT involving North and South Pole magnets. Placed over significant body points the energy of the magnets interrupt the energy of your current emotional stress as well as your original memory stress.
The final phase of 'Forgive It' is the goal of our therapeutic process. You are guided through stating specific forgiveness in regards to your focus and your body memory stress. Forgiveness is the intersection where pain, anxiety or old patterns are changed and often disappear. As you are able to forgive yourself and others, you will be free to live a new experiencethat feels so much better!
