Take a mental picture of a happy time in your life. Boost your body energy by feeling the happy memory snapshot in your heart. Give it your favorite color and expand the color and the feeling of the happy memory to fill your entire body. Take deep breaths and feel the expanse of your heart and the gratitude for your happy picture. Visualize the color expanding to a bubble surrounding your body, and feel the gratitude and happiness expand with the the color. Keep breathing deeply and enjoy your freedom and creativity to access the best of your life with you at all times. Give thanks and take courage to face your challenges.
